Hazop, Hazan, Hazid Study

Hazop

Our hazard and operability (Hazop) study is designed to review the hazard identification, and the identification of design deficiencies which may give rise to operability problems. We using a structured approach by an experienced multi-discipline team and a professional leader.

Hazan

Hazan is a hazard analysis. Our hazard analysis considers system state (e.g. operating environment) as well as failures or malfunctions. We identify the undesired events that lead to the materialization of a hazard, the analysis of the mechanisms by which these undesired events could occur, and the estimation of the consequences.

 Hazid

Hazid stand for hazard Identification. Our study is the systematic method of identifying hazards to prevent and reduce any adverse impact that could cause injury to personnel, damage or loss of property, environment and production, or become a liability. We use it to determine the adverse effects of exposure to hazards and to plan necessary actions to mitigate such risks.

How we work

  • 1.Discover

Before carrying out a project review it is important to decide what the overall purpose is and who should gain what from the output.

  • 2. Define

We identify the following things: Project objectives. Goals. Sub-phases. Tasks. Resources. Budget. Schedule.

  • 3. Design

We planning every last detail of a project up front with logical extension.

  • 4. Develop

We maintain a document that clearly outlines the project milestones and major activities required to implement the project.

  • 5. Deliver

We monitoring and reviewing project to keep track of time.
